Very easy to work with - from estimate through installation. Ariel was extremely responsive and friendly. She responded to multiple questions we had extremely promptly. The installation crew was meticulous with the install and careful of our property. We did have an issue with the stone we chose that didn't show up until after it was installed. Ariel sent her tech crew to rectify the situation and they did a great job. We would recommend them to work with and would use them again.

I had a great experience with Precision Stone Design! My kitchen was in need of new countertops, so I started the process of looking for a company. Precision was by far the most detailed and buttoned up. Tom asked great questions about what I was looking for and had solutions to unique aspects of the project. I never felt rushed to make a decision. When it came down to execute the project, the crew were professional and worked efficiently. I had a couple minor questions/concerns after the work was done, which were addressed and taken care of right away.
Thank you Tom and the team a Precision Stone Design! I love my kitchen!

We just finished a job with Precision Stone and were so pleased with this company and the people that work there. Vish and Aatur and their staff really care and go above and beyond to make sure that the client is happy. Our stone had a shaded background which required it to be cut in a particular place so that when the two pieces were put together the back grounds matched. At first, because of the shading, there was a small issue but they quickly rectified it and used a crane to lift one piece on top of the other so we could see how the pieces would look together after being cut, plus did computer generated drawings so that we had an understanding of what the final result would look like. It is rare that someone will take the kind of time they did to make sure the stone was just the way we wanted it to be. Also, the installers were fantastic - they took their time and did a perfect job! This is a fantastic company and I would not consider using anyone else for future projects in our home.

Precision Stone Design did an excellent job from the initial selection with Tom of the quartz tops for my bathrooms to the finished product. Measurements were exact. Installers were efficient and precise. Love the final look. Will definitely recommend Precision Stone Design to friends and family.

Working with Precision Stone Design & Gina’s team was an overall great experience. Gina & her team are very knowledgeable and helped made the process a lot less stressful and very efficient. They have a wide selection of both natural and man made materials, she helped us find the most beautiful countertop & backsplash and steered us in the right direction with selection and pricing. We selected Cristallo Quartzite and large format Coverlam Porcelain for our backsplash and absolutely loved our decision! The installation went very smoothly, the team had a lot of attention to detail and was very informative. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for new countertops and backsplash.

I worked with both Gina and Ariel at Precision Stone. They were so helpful in helping me look for my stone and guiding me through the process. The installation went extremely smoothly. I ended up with a beautiful kitchen countertop and backsplash, stunning stone fireplace and a beautiful laundry room countertop. They were extremely professional and patient. I highly recommend working with Precision Stone.

A client of mine highly recommended Precision Stone Design when I was looking for someone to do my patio bar countertop. I had looked into a few different fabricators and either got ridiculous prices or slow timeline so I was so happy when I found Precision Stone Design. I picked out a slab that they had in stock, they came out and measured right away and had my new curved countertop in within 10 days, and it looks perfect. They were friendly, efficient, prompt, accurate and reasonable ! What more can you ask for.

They did a good job with the countertop, but the back splash they installed their installers cracked it in 2 spots and chipped in 1 spot and Precision Stone Design doesn't want to rectify their mistake, I have been calling this company for 2 months and have been giving nothing but the run-a-round, I turned them into the Better Bussiness Bureau and Aatur called me after he received my complaint from the Better Business Bureau and he said he would call me by Friday December 8th with the status of getting my backsplash repaired , Friday December 8th came and went and nobody ever called, if you hire this company and there is a mistake made by them on their part don't expect them to fix it. (UPDATE) they came back out and re-installed a new back splash and Aatur called me after when it was re-installed to make sure I was satisfied I am almost satisfied and we are making good progress in the work ethic he is providing me , and plans on rectifying the crack that was left in the second back splash that was installed and when everything is good I will delete this post and enter a new one. (Update) re-install for the backsplash was on Jan 26th they installed another backsplash with another crack the installers said there is nothing they can do Aatur said we can buff that out send me a pic and we will go from there 3 weeks have past he never called me back so I guess I am stuck with a crack in my backsplash for good

Poor craftsmanship first it was cracks and chips in the countertops. We noticed it before they left otherwise we would have been stuck with it. Then we had to jump trough hops for them to warranty it. Now we have a crack along the whole sink and they won't do anything about it. The whole company is a bunch of hacks.
