We were put in touch with MSI through Home Depot. We were given a sample of granite which is described (on their website) as white, beige, gray and black. The granite slab that was installed is mainly PINK! More accurately it is a salmon color. The sample and what was installed do NOT jive. We are working to iron this issue out. I will post what the resolution is as we have info.

Upon entering MSI, I was greeted by Stephanie and asked how she could assist me. I informed her that I was looking for quartz countertops. She took me to the room with a variety of countertops and told me to let her know if I had any questions.
I looked around and found a gorgeous top and I asked if I could see it. They had me put on a hard hat for safety, however the one I chose had sold out. Then they gave me a sample to take to my fabricator, so he could order it for me and give me an accurate price. I was very pleased with my visit to MSI. Kudos to Stephanie and the staff.

This place is great! Friendly helpful staff and a huge selection. We were looking for granite and many places don't have much to offer since the current fashion is for quartz. MSI has two long aisles of granite - so many options I lost count. I highly recommend!

The showroom is large and beautiful. A gentleman escorted me back to view my granite pattern quickly and was very kind. I was in and out efficiently.

Order pick up is worst experience I ever had, not enough order is prepared but I waiting 40 minutes to be loaded

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Never felt rushed. A huge selection of countertops and tiles, which is what I was looking for. Have samples you can take home and actually see it in your space. Would definitely recommend MSI for anyone doing kitchen remodeling.
