Extremely bad service. Had placed an order for service in the morning. No one called me. I called again at 2 pm and lady put me on hold and disapear in thin air. No one answer my phone call. I gave them one star but they do not deserve it. NOT A DEPANDABLE SERVICE. DO NOT DEPEND.

Great experience with very nice people. I emailed to ask for a quote after my Brother home printer jammed, and Lindsey responded right away. Dropoff was easy and the machine was fixed in just one business day. When I picked it up, the technician, Jake, took the time to walk me through what had happened and show me how to troubleshoot for next time. Repair price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Really, really, REALLY excellent business! It seems like today everyone wants to throw stuff out, or not put the effort into maintenance, or charge an arm and a leg to do it. This shop, Laser Service, delivered SAME DAY SERVICE (part was in stock) and for a labor charge that I haven't seen since the early 2000's. As an independent contractor, I need affordable service providers who do it right the first time and with a smile. The fact that they're an authorized service center in a very convenient location is icing on the cake. These guys delivered. They'll be my only choice if I ever need a printer repaired in the future. Thank you!

We used Laser Service for our Xerox printer at our office in Buffalo Grove this week. The technician, Lindsey, was AWESOME!! She was professional, friendly, helpful and got our machine working again. She also told us of some supply items that we would need in the near future to keep our machine working and had time to order them before we would have any further issues. We highly recommend them for service!Their prices are very reasonable as well. Overall a GREAT EXPERIENCE USING THEM.

They fixed our HP LaserJet printer the same day! They told me exactly why it wasn't working, were honest and fair and much more affordable than buying a new printer....or buying ink for a cheap printer. Wish I had brought my broken printer to them MONTHS ago!

I needed an emergency printer repair In the midst of the of the virus shut down and Lindsey and the great people at Laser Service came through, getting a "no contact" repair which required ordered parts completed quickly and efficiently. Great service and great people to deal with.
