Very friendly Staff and welcoming. The waiting room is inviting bright and comfortable. The staff is very informative the procedures and will answer any questions asked. Overall, a five star experience.

Everything was great except when I was put in an exam room I waited 25 minutes for the physicians assistant to come in.

Very nice people work at Concentra in Elk Grove Village. My therapist Daniel is helping me get my knee exercise. My doctor Weaver is very helpful and understanding. Thank you

I was left in a room for over 30 mins after completing and passing a respirator fit test left the room to ask what was the hold up apparently the guy that was attending me forgot about me and had left.

As soon as they open up the place people were really nice they try to take care of everybody the way you should very friendly very professional it is my third time going there for my medical card great service all places should be like on Central and elk Grove village thank you

They have been difficult every step of the way. I went for a drug/performance/pulmonary test. They told my company that they were walk in. Aparently they arent if its for drug tests. Even tho they lied to my company and I drove 1.5 hours they tried to turn me away. Thankfully, my company convinced them to take me. I got ALL of my testing done after waiting for 3 hours. They claimed they didn't have my release forms, but found them when I told them to double check. A whole week later and these people cant seem to find all the paperwork for my testing. They tried claiming that I never got any of it done, then claimed they didnt have the paperwork, and once they found most of the paperwork they tried to claim that I never did my mask fit test. The mask fit is the FIRST thing the doctor and I did!!! I was speaking with another patient in for drug testing in the waiting room. She was also told it was a walk in but they tried turning her away too. The doctor was very understanding and friendly but the office workers are absolutely horrible at their jobs. They've been rude, misplace every piece of paperwork they aquire, and lie to customers about walk in availability. I have no idea how they are so highly rated. So glad I never have to come back here.

Love this location! Now this location have their tihs together. I had some tests done here for employment back in February and I was there a minimum of an hour....a little less actually! Very friendly staff and they seemed genuinely happy, not tired or overworked....unlike the Bloomingdale location. Very clean facility and actually have the coffee machine working and well stocked. I highly recommend this location. The Bloomingdale location need to take notes on how to better run their clinic or just close their facility overall. Between this location and Franklin Park, I will def go to either one of them!

Nothing immediate about this place, only come if you have completely exhausted all other options. Even something as simple as a pre-employment screening could take upwards of 4-5 hours to complete
