She was so patient and sweet explained my options to me for the future and even told me about things they offer and just made me remember why I chose wintrust, she never made me feel bad or lost patience when I was struggling to remember what I was going to say, she made it easy this is something simple but I cherish it because I have been hung up on before NOT by the bank. Lisa Marzullo (Branch Manager) was a pleasure to work with when setting up my checking account and credit cards. We've been dealing with a lot of banks lately and she provided the best customer service out of any of them. She made us feel comfortable being a local banker near the house and being able to meet in person. I feel a lot of banks have become so automated that they hardly understand how to communicate these days. PNC has kept it simple and effective in helping us attain our banking goals. Their website is another thing altogether. You cannot easily access your account. Nor can you easily change your phone number or other information. All I wanted was my current checking account balance and I could not get it. 10 busy signals on their "help" line. No service there at all.”
