I recommend Reynaulds Euro Imports as someone who is very helpful and went out of their way on my behalf. I have a Brawa cable railway on my HO layout which I had to take apart when moving to a new home. During the reassembly the cable started to fray and had to be replaced. I e-mailed Brawa 3 times asking for help in replacing the cable. There was no response. I knew Reynaulds represented their products in the USA so I called them and told my story to Joe. He said he would be happy to help and would contact Brawa. In a few days he e-mailed me that the cable was on it's way and he would forward it to me when it arrived. It is refreshing in these days and times to find a company that really practices customer service.

Amazing store with so many awesome items! Rey, who my husband and I had the pleasure of talking with is such a sweet and knowledgeable guy! We are so glad we had the chance to stop buy and see a store that we have ordered many things online from. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

I found Reynaulds when I built my current layout when the Plandemic hit, I have an interest in the PKP of Poland, as I drove the Locos in Wolzstyn in 2003.
I was Delighted when I found Reynaulds were able to supply PKP models to me here in Sydney Australia, the guys Rey and Joe have been a great help, very understanding and Knowledgeable about all things Trains.
It’s has been a pleasure to deal with Reynaulds, and I will continue to do so.

Reynauld's is the best when it comes to foreign model railway products. Not only do they offer a wider variety of manufacturers and accessories to support the hobby, but they offer excellent customer service unparalleled by any competitor. I have been a customer of Reynauld's Euro Imports since 2005 and had a model arrive damaged only for the first time in November. The staff was very quick to respond to my inquiry and handled it immediately. A very friendly and professional business!

However, three weeks ago he excelled himself by making a it possible for an insured package, which had been held up in the USPS Chicago Hub to be freed and promptly caused the USPS to finally deliver here in Northern California. I had an excellent experience with Reynaulds Euro Imports. I purchased Noch preformed layout (only dealer in the US I found that stocks the European Noch layouts) and a Fleischmann Z21 DCC control system. I am relatively new to the model railroad hobby, I found Rey and the staff at Reynaulds very responsive and helpful in getting my system up and running when I had a couple of technical issues. I would highly recommend them for your European train needs. They have an extensive inventory in stock.

Rey was able to locate a train set that is hard to find. It took him a few days before he called me back with great news. He sold it to me at the best price compared to other retailers and shipped it right away. I appreciate his patience and great customer service. You have a new client for life bud!

I have to give them a great review, because when I ordered two trains set some months back, they shipped quickly, the prices were right on target and I received exactly what I expected. I am updating the review that I gave on the 17th. After many emails the company understands how seriously we took this matter and has worked with us on a mutually agreeable resolution. It is easy to put a bad review about a company on a website but if the company goes out of their way to try and rectify the situation, then I believe it is important to note that. And so I am noting it here.
