Tucker is awesome. That man deserves a raise. He knew everything about what I needed, popped my hood and diagnosed the problem in 5 seconds (blown gasket) which took a team of mechanics at least 15 minutes to debate on it and still weren’t sure. I’ll never go anywhere else again.

Talked to a guy on the phone he was super helpful and was able to help me get my part I needed as soon as possible. I went the next day to pick up the part I had a different person, however he was extremely rude and not helpful at all...

My local store. Always happy to get parts on order from the local warehouse for delivery later in the day or to loan me a tool. The staff has (unfortunately for me) gotten to know me fairly well over the years, but that’s because they’re my first stop for parts when I need them yesterday.

I went in yesterday and a very nice gentleman replaced my turn signal and brake light for me. It was a pretty hot day outside but he did it for me and didn’t even complain! The auto parts store down the road wouldn’t do it for me. I will only be going to O’Reilly now! I give O’Reilly 5 stars for their work ethic and their kindness! Thank you!

Came in today after calling to the store checking for prices on batteries. Kevin answered the phone which was pleasant and professional. He answered all questions while educating me on batteries. I came in and he remembered the phone call and assisting me all the way through. Yes it was a simple battery purchase however having a background in sales management and training he was exactly what a training module would look like. Kudos to Kevin that store for encompassing a culture that made a minor set back feel like nothing.
