Waited over 3 months to get car in for minor hail damage (their opinion, not mine). Dropped the car off at 8:00 am on the scheduled morning and was told they would call me when it was done. I called back at 4:00 pm that afternoon to see if it was done and was told it would take 5-7 days! This was the first I heard of this. I was not in a position to leave my car for that long so I went and picked it up. It was still parked where I left it at 8:00 am. Now I'm calling around and it won't probably be until next year for me to get the car fixed. Thanks for nothing.

Everything went well getting my hail damage fixed. Truck was returned looking brand new. I've had them fix a car after hitting a deer and that turned out great as well.

We have lived here 20 years. We are repeat customers and have always been extremely satisfied with the communication and work this business provides. Most recently they repaired all three of our vehicles that were damaged by hail.

It has been a long time since I have been impressed with a business. The Edwardsville gang out did themselves on my car, and their great customer service. I am a disabled Vet, and not only did they complete my repairs a day ahead of schedule for me, they even detailed the interior and exterior for me. Wow! Who does that! Keiley and the techs were so thoughtful and kind to me. I was initially concerned when USAA sent me to them, as I have many great auto body shops in my town. Well, their performance changed my mind! My insurance company knew who the go to people are. Caulk's Xtreme Collision Center, Edwardsville, IL Call um! You will not be disappointed! Veterans, they will have your back! COPY?

Have dealt with many local body shops in the area and will never take my car anywhere but here again. Had them repaint a car that was repaired by another body shop and the paint match was absolutely perfect. Great communication, very friendly, would highly recommend this place. Also seem very experienced in dealing with aftermarket parts and accessories.

Do not go here for any car problems!!! They are selfish greedy people that do not care about their customers! My experience here was absolutely abysmal. Couldn’t be more disappointed with the job they did, and on top of that they were rude and treat you with disrespect. If you want any sort of bang for your buck, avoid this place at all costs.

Run, run, run, from this place! Took our car to be fixed, I was told we would put on the waiting list and it would be early August. I hear nothing back. I call up there today on August 22nd, only to find out and be told that they "Dropped the ball" and it would be October now before they could get to it. Forget it! If you can't even put us on the list, I sure in hell don't want you touching my car!Service: Painting

My wife took her car there after an accident to get fixed but they didn't finish the job. The exhaust was broke and needing replaced..the exhaust was discontinued and unavailable for purchase. Instead of finding an exhaust that was equal to what was on it, they called it good enough WITH NO EXHAUST ON IT!! And they kept the old exhaust that was on it, minus 1 muffler. So now 2 months later and still dealing with this! Thanks for kicking it out UNFINISHED and keeping our $1200 exhaust that was on it, broken or not, is better than nothing!!
