Sorely disappointed in the staff rudeness. It was a madhouse. I get that people are frustrated but was repeatedly ignored by female workers at self check out. Prices aren't even competitive anymore. Not worth the hour trip for us.

Mixed experience with Costco so far. Service desk was fine. The staff hovering around the self-checkout was less helpful. Apparently the self-checkout can't handle you bringing your own bags. But they don't provide bags so...
