Pawn Queen has terrible customer service. If you have anything BRAND NEW don't bother with this place unless you have a receipt. What a ridiculous policy. I have brand new Bose headphones and they refuse to look at them because I don't have a receipt?? If I had a receipt I wouldn't be bothering with this sad place. If they want your business, they sure don't act like it. All they sell is junk here anyway. Any new item would definitely look out of place here. Also, It wouldn't hurt if the staff took some etiquette lessons and stop acting so rude. Anyway, if you got anything NEW, sell it online or bring it somewhere else cuz they don't want it here...Thank you!

The experience I had at this location was nothing short of OUTSTANDING!! I especially want to point out two amazing employees Thomas and Andrea who went above and beyond in assisting me with securing a very much needed loan as well as pointing me in the right direction to even set up a layaway option! Compared to the other locations this Pawn King sticks out above the rest for their outstanding employees

Visited the store and loved seeing so many new things in stock. I had such a wonderful experience getting help from one of the store employees by the name of Keia she help me find exactly what I was looking for. I will be visiting again.
