Had some work done to my vehicle and parts replaced with warranty to come find out that I was lied to once again about things being down to the vehicle. All 4 of my sensors were supposed to be replaced for warranty and yet here i am with one not working and this wprk was literally done a couple months ago. I know sensors dont just got out that fast. I am just so fed up with the service I receive.

Our wipers came loose while driving on the freeway and they got us in right away and fixed them immediately. Great service there!!!

Went to purchase a used car we had been talking to the salesperson about for a week. The list price had gone up $500 during that week, and they were unwilling to budge on price at all because it had only been on the lot for 9 days (but they never took care of the open recall we had talked to them about during those 9 days). So I went to another dealer got a newer, certified car that had been on their lot for 1 day at a discounted price! Don't waste your time going to Green.

Tried to get 2 tires fixed under warranty.They told me 11 lugnuts were broken and I needed to pay 130$.I told them to put my lugnuts back on because I wasn't paying.I went home and started making calls.They agreed to order new lugnuts and put them on for free.I went in for my appointment on 12/21/21 I asked for the broken lugnuts when they were done.About 15-20 minutes later they told me none of my lugnuts were broken.
