Rob is amazing! I brought my vehicle in for an estimate due to hail damage and they drove my car to my place of employment to drop it off when they were done. The entire interior of my vehicle was detailed! From the windows to the seats to the doors to the floor mats, including my rubber mats! Way to go above and beyond! I scheduled the repair and was told it would take a couple of days to repair so I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call same day that my car was ready for pick up. Not only did my car look great but I was happy to see that some dents from previous damage were also repaired in the process! They replaced a chrome lining from my window that had fallen off and also replaced my rain guards as they were in pretty poor shape. I am overly satisfied with the service I received and will definitely return if I’m ever in need of repairs in the future!

They did an excellent job of fixing the damage to my VW Passat. and the color and fit are like new. Quarter panel (front right) and hood plus a lot of components like lights, etc. were replaced and fixed. I cannot tell that anything bad happened to my car. I was lucky as all parts were readily available, not very common nowadays. They got it done very, very fast, and were quick to update me on the status. This company was chosen by my insurance (Allstate) and both were excellent in terms of speed and service. It has literally been decades since I had to get service like this, and they really made the process quick and painless. I could not be more pleased with the results.Service: Body & Trim

TERRIBLE PLACE!! Picked up my car recently and found out hours later that they stoled my iPhone charger left every other useless android charger there. Also left their tools in my glasses case, and a random bag of trash in my car that I’m positive was never there to begin with. Wouldn’t have notice if they didn’t leave a random 2XL Iowa shirt in my car.

Amazing work! As an owner of a Bridal Salon I have to transport gowns from point "A" to destination "B" and my car is so very important in my daily schedule. Truly I think everyone's most valuable possession is their car. I took it to three places for an estimate and a timeline for the repairs to the front bumper. "Let's just say someone backed into me". I started my process with Service King, then Gerber, then an independent. Gerber was higher than Service King-East Dundee and so was the Independent. Both Gerber and the Independent said they would bring the bill down. Well....., why didn't you bring the Bill down in the first place???? I think it's OUTRAGEOUS for companies to do that. I felt Service King-East Dundee started off low and all of the vaulters were picking on the Company that gave a fare estimate in the first place. (This is out-of-pocket)Bernard did the photos for the estimate and Mark Walke greeted the car and checked it in. Once Mark saw the car he noticed that there was a part on the estimate that didn't need to be replaced. He NOTICED a "part" that wasn't needed, saving me $200 to $300! Not only were they low in their quote, to begin with, but they also found a part that wasn't needed. WOW! Mind blown! Not only were they local they saved me money because... WHY? BECAUSE THEY WERE HONEST! Bernard and Mark and the paint crew that worked on my car... A JOB WELL DONE! My son got clipped in an intersection with significant damage. Thankfully no personal injuries but the car, not so much. I had the pleasure of working with Jesse. He was consistently professional and understanding when explaining what needed to be done. I was well informed every step and enjoyed our interactions. Service king was quick to take my car in for repair after wires were damaged by a squirrel. My car was repaired quickly, they kept me updated and I even picked up a cleaned car. Highly recommend them.

I have had insurance work done here several times over the years. Great communication and they stand behind their work. I had to go back to refinish a door and Jessie the manager went back to the old insurance company to cover refinishing the door. They communicate well throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Took my 2013 Dodge Charger here as my insurance suggested after a hit and run to the rear passenger side. The service took over 30 days and the communication throughout the process was terrible. When I finally received my vehicle, I noticed I did not get a radio signal. I took it back to Service King's Roseland location the same location in which I dropped off and picked up my vehicle. I was told that the radio issue was not caused by Service King and was also alerted to my rear defrost not working as well. It is noted the radio and defrost run through the rear passenger side of the car. I strongly believe Service King caused the damages as everything was working find prior to having it repaired. I was told by the gentlemen at the Roseland office it was nothing they can do at this point. I highly do not recommend Service King for any vehicle services. They have been giving me the run around between locations at this point and no solution has been made.Services: Painting
