“I recently had an issue with my phone that for the life of me I couldn't figure out. I spoke to Ismael about it over the phone and he immediately offered to help me over the phone or in person if I chose to come into the store. I went in and the problem was resolved within 5 minutes! This made such an impression on me that I had to take time out to write a review because most business employees would only help you if you're coming in to buy something or if they thought they could sell you something. Way to go AT&T of Huntley!! A special thank you to Ismael for your professionalism, kindness and consideration! Once I'm in the market to shop again this will be the store to get my business.

“Stopped in today to have my SIM card replaced and was helped by an associate named Matt (I think). He was incredibly helpful and very friendly. By far, this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. He was able to resolve the issue with my SIM card promptly and also recommended adding on the 5G Home network to our plan due to our eligibility for a substantial discount, and I'm loving the performance of the service so far. “I’ve written maybe 5 reviews in my life, but this is one I HAVE to write. The Verizon Hoffman Estates location is the very best of the best! The manager, Jesse, knows his stuff! He’s helped us; he’s helped my elderly parents. We’ve added lines, changed phones, ported over numbers, you name it. He explains everything clearly: options, the steps we need to follow, and what to expect. He’s patient, kind, and fun to work with! His crew is so helpful, too. (Shout-out to Jacky!) With as much as we rely on cell phones, it’s essential to have someone to trust. Jesse is that someone and his store is that place.”
