I'd guess we've brought cars in for repair there about 25 times over the last 25 years. Service, communication, ethics, expertise and reasonableness in pricing has been 100% on every trip. As a result we make the 20 mile round trip to get all of our medium or heavy duty service there.

I do most work myself, but when I don’t have a hyper specialized tool or some other “thing” that’s required for a bigger job I look for a mechanic. I know what parts cost, I could do it all myself. That would make me the “worst” customer. Knowing all this, taking my car in and leaving happy, not feeling ripped off and wanting to go back is probably the highest praise a shop can get. These guys are the real deal. HIGHLY recommend. Anyone complaining of high cost or this or that needs to do more research or get a quote from a dealer.

These people are crooks.
My daughters car broke down on 355. Insurance called the tow truck and had it towed to the nearest garage. They tried to soak her for everything they could. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I had a warning light display on my 2016 Escape but I did not want to bring it into the dealer and have to wait and wait. I called this shop early in the morning, they were so polite. I brought it in, I was treated with exceptional courtesy including the offer of a ride home until the car was ready and a pick up when it was. The repair was made, thankfully minor and I was charged a more than fair price. I will use them again for sure!Service: Auto maintenance

I came here ONCE called 5 different shops and maple grove was the cheapest. So I took my car in everything was fine until last Thursday. I was having the same problems but worse. I drive 40 miles back n forth on the highway Sunday- Wednesday so this has been a major problem for me. Safe to say Ill be going to the dealership for real problems.. I might go here to get my breaks done but that’s IT.
