Terrible service, they did a very bad job, I paid $175 dls and it looks better in a car wash than in that place, very bad service, really.

I was very pleased that they were able to get me in the same day, to have my carpet cleaned where a raw egg/milk mixture spilled. I was so thankful! When I got in my car they had cleaned the wrong spot. When they cleaned the correct spot, it took 5 minutes, and the cleaning was absolutely useless. It did nothing for the smell/spill other than cleaned the surface. If you have a spill of some kind, I would not take it here for treatment.

I had a terrible experience with this place. I initially brought my truck in for a quote, and after a quick look, they gave me a price. I scheduled an appointment, canceling other plans to make it, but when I arrived, they started raising the price without even inspecting the truck again. The person I spoke with kept increasing the cost—first doubling it, then tripling it once we went to look at the truck. For the price they were quoting, I could easily buy two power washers and do the job myself! My truck hadn’t been driven or touched since the first visit, yet they claimed it would require more work. This is an extremely unprofessional way to run a business, and I won’t be returning.

STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I am not sure what the recent posts are about but I can tell that I am EXTREMELY PICKY about my car and I brought it here and I am TOTALLY SATISFIED. Background-I was an idiot and had a bucket of water in my passenger front seat and took a u-turn too hard which spilled out 3/4ths of the bucket into the carpet in my brand new car. Yikes! I did bring it to another detailer to have the situation handled but after about 3 months, I could smell that funky, musty smell. Seriously? Enter DETAIL KINGS. I booked an appt and spoke with David who was very understanding and seemed interestered in helping me. I decided to trust them and it was a GREAT decision. No smell and my car looked great. Thank you so much David and team for caring about my car.

The job done was not satisfactory. For $150 i don’t think you did worth of job. I could still smell puke smell coming from my car seats and visible puke particles here and there.Moreover my dash cam mount screw was broken.Having said that,customer service was good but the job was not done as expected.

I recently had my SUV detailed with the Showroom package and Engine Detail. My car interior was already very clean and not much was required inside. The exterior paint is a dark blue/black so dust, smudges, micro scratches and water sport easily show. Below are some of pro and cons of my inspection after pickup up my car. The total time was 2 hrs, much shorter than I was expecting.
Cons:
- bugs and dirty noticeable on grill/front fender (cleaned after I mentioned it)
- Trunk door jam is still dirty, photo
- Windshield cowl is still dirty, photo
-Paint micro scratches are still very noticeable. Perhaps my expectation were too high for a single buff pass but still disappointed since I mentioned this was the most important part to me.
-Truck underfloor storage area was not vacuumed, photo
-Truck side storage compartment not cleaned, photo
- window buttons still dirty
- window edge still dirty
-The stitching/seams of the leather were not brushed out so small amount of dirty could still be seen underneath
-Glove box and center console still had very small bits of dirt, photo
Pros:
-The engine detail looks nice and most importantly no issue from the wet cleaning
-No greasy product used as instructed
-The staff are very friendly and good communicators
I do not think this was "showroom" level detailing. This is less “detail kings” and more “car wash and wipe down kings”. Perhaps I should have gone with a lower detail package and saved myself a a few hundred bucks. But I was hoping the clay, buff and wax paint would pop and last. I wish they took the full 4 hours not just rush it in 2 hrs.
It rained the evening after the detailing. Now the car looks exactly the same as it did before the detailing. This makes me think the clay, buffing, wax were minimal if at all applied. I thought the wax would last and make the water bead and run off. There are water spots and dried on dirt now . I feel like a sucker for paying so much when a regular car wash would have given the same results. I 100% regret paying for package.

I paid for a Showroom Detail, the most comprehensive detail with clay bar waxing. While my car looks nice and clean, two of my car’s mechanisms were damaged - my volume control is no longer working and my back windshield wiper is bent and damaged. I have not received a call back from the owner as promised regarding addressing the damages and reimbursing for repair expenses as one would expect from a customer service driven business. Take your detailing business elsewhere.

Scheduled an appointment for 11am, interior detail. Let them know I would be waiting on-site and was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. I was there until 2:15pm.
