“I blew a tire on my horse trailer coming home from camp and D&D tire got someone dispatched out in about 45 minutes. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and talked me through what tire I needed for replacement. She and the service man took my horses care into consideration and promptly got my tire replaced with zero fuss. He handled my trailer so gently, I don't think the horses even knew what happened. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and kindness of the staff. I highly recommend this business!”

“Had MANY things needing replaced on my truck... the 1st time was replacing my AC and was done super fast and must got it back yesterday from a wreck I was in on Monday, Labor Day and had many parts needing replaced and got it back Thursday since they weren't open mon for the holiday they got on it Wed and got it back the next day and was very affordable. The owner and associate are SUPER knowledgeable in their business and explain to you in detail what's wrong and what's needed to fix it and doesn't add on more things needing done at a later time all at once. I'm very happy with Stampers and wish I would've found them years ago!!”

“Had a rough morning with my vehicle. Alternator went bad on me. I called around and most places said they couldn’t get me in or look at my vehicle until about 2 weeks. Doug got me right in even though they were busy. Doug even gave me a free ride back home saying don’t worry about calling a taxi. Jeff was an outstanding Technician who walked me through everything. “The transmission went out in my car and I was stranded 45 minutes from home. I requested roadside assistance from my insurance company and Jason and Blake of Alton Area Towing & Repair came to get me. They were polite, professional, and incredibly nice. We took my car to the place listed in my insurance company’s info and it had LONG been out of business. Jason and Blake didn’t complain and simply hooked y car up again and off we went. Along the way to garage #2 I found out their company also did auto repairs. I said “Then let’s go to your shop”. While they checked my car out, Jason gave me a ride to a Taco Bell a couple of miles away. A couple of hours later, Blake called and said he thought he had it working well enough that I could make it home (I DID!). I began the 2 mile walk back and before I’d gone very far, here came Blake to pick me up and give me a ride back to their shop. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve received such good service from a place I wasn’t already familiar with. GREAT people!!”

“I talked with Bob at the body shop in Dorsey. Unfortunately the body shop is not on AAA’s approved repair shops. THEY SHOULD BE. I was disappointed to find out they weren’t. If they were, without a doubt I would have had the repairs done there even though I live more than 80 miles away in Missouri. That’s how confident that he would’ve done a great job on my vehicle. Aljets automotive shop in Staunton IS AAA approved.”
