I talked with Bob at the body shop in Dorsey. Unfortunately the body shop is not on AAA’s approved repair shops. THEY SHOULD BE. I was disappointed to find out they weren’t. If they were, without a doubt I would have had the repairs done there even though I live more than 80 miles away in Missouri. That’s how confident that he would’ve done a great job on my vehicle. Aljets automotive shop in Staunton IS AAA approved.

Charged me 100.00 over agreed quoted price. When I asked why, it was because they kept truck overnight to see if it started up the next morning with new battery and they had to look up the recalls on it. They simply pulled the recalls and did not fix any of them. Researching to see if they could fix any of them should not have been a charge.. nor should I have been charged 100 over the agreed amount.

Scott got me in an out quickly. He didnt give me the run around or tell me my vehicle needed extra unnecessary repairs. He was VERY friendly and honest!! HIGHLY recommend this shop!

They rescued a 'damsel in distress' this week when I came in with 'low tire' on my dashboard. Jim checked the inflation, found one really low, dug glass out of my treads patched it up & sent me on my way! All before lunch! Thanks, guys!,

Worst place ever to take anything. PLEASE for your own good take your vehicle to people more specialized. Even if it’s a bit of a distance it will be worth it.
