“I appreciate the staff at Chatham’s USPS. They make every effort to get the job done as quickly as possible and in a friendly fashion.
A previous reviewer griped about delivery times…the package may or may not have been fully processed, when our emails indicate that they “have been delivered” or are “in Chatham”. Something called patience is lacking greatly in today’s society, and it makes people grumpy lol. Those of us with common sense that frequent the Chatham facility know how convenient this location is.

“Staff is amazing --very friendly & helpful at this location. But, the office hours leave something to be desired, especially if you have counter business in the afternoon during the work week (only open til 2:30 M-F) or Saturdays, (only open 7:30-9:30AM.) The phone is busy a lot, so unless they get a second line, it is nearly as efficient and certainly less frustrating to drive there and ask your questions.”
