My first experience was Regina's candlelight Renew and Restore, followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation. I loved it, and it was just what I needed to start the new week. I'm excited to go back and try all Twisted Tree has to offer.
Twisted Tree Yoga offers classes that bring yoga to all members of the community including adults new to yoga, experienced yoga students, children and families. Our studio allows people to learn yoga in a noncompetitive atmosphere with attention paid to developing the full yogic experience. Currently, our space is closed due to COVID-19, but we are grateful to stay connected to our community online. Check out our virtual classes, and our Outdoor classes!
