I came in because I was on the phone with tech support for 2 hours trying to fix my service connection they instructed me to go to the store and get new SIM cards. A lady (name tag said STORE MANAGER) assisted, but as she was assisting me she was Hesitant in getting me new SIM cards for both phones and then while "helping" me she goes and answers her cell phone and is just screen scrolling my phone and not talking to me. I had asked her to please help me with my phone issues as noted on my account and I was still on the clock with work. She was not happy with what I said and hung up her cell phone. Oh forgot to mention that she already had an issue when I first explain my issue until I left. 4 months with T-Mobile and already having network issues and customer service issues from location is not good business.

I came into the store curious about switching over to T-Mobile, within minutes Susana went over all of their plans and explained to me how a trade in works. I basically gave them my old phone and walked out with a new one in less than an hour. I was able to keep my phone number from my previous carrier which was very important to me. Thank you to the entire at-mobile Des Plaines team!

Just wanna say that I had one of the greatest experiences at this store! Chris was super helpful with all my needs. Just to let you know I’m not the most tech savvy person, but after one trip to the store. I felt super comfortable using my new iPhone 13!! What a great phone and experience, I will be back for more. I came to t-mobile because my phone wasn't turning on I was welcomed by Susana. She helped me pick a phone out. I also noticed that the store was also maintained very cleaned. I been to order t-mobiles but this store is my favorite.

Came in to require plan pricing and device. Talked to Susana and she explained everything to me and I switched from ATT and saved a lot of money and got new phones as well. She also told me about home internet. I switched that as well. Amazing and loving employee.
