Blackened ranch is too hard for them to read on their own order receipts. 5/5 of my orders have come with buttermilk instead. Such a simple mistake isn't a mistake this often, it's negligence. Foods good, as always. Service is terrible, I had to come back to correct the most recent order and failed to receive a single apology, a worker dropped the correct sauces in my bag and all he says is "they're in the bag now", nothing else.

Whoever on the fries and answering the phone ( male Hispanic) is wild. I say, "I didn't get my fries with my wing combo." All he say is "OK." I had to ask for a refund that I didn't get because they have "an old system." But the worst part is he tells me he put the fries in my bag. I went off. Unfortunately. That's just stupid. Check the cameras and go get a job you care about before you be stuck there off of pure karma of poor customer service. Y would I lie about fries. A sorry would have been well received. Overall bad service the order taker was rushing me and never said thank you AND THEY HOLDING OUT ON NAPKINS SMH. Just make sure y'all check y'all bags because they must be going home with stuff customers are paying for ? and they manners!

The food wasn't fresh. Chicken was stale and dry. Fries were unexplainably bad and cold. The lady at the counter took around ten minutes to acknowledge me. Would avoid this place.

Counter lady kept on chewing her gum while talking to customers. No smile, no greetings, when i asked for sauce she looked irritated. Des plaines branch 2/19/24 530pm. Also staff kept talking in spanish while i was waiting to be accommodated for my order...they knew i was standing there!!! Poor service. Disappointing.

My daughter placed an order on January 9th and when she got home it was wrong and missing items. She called up immediately and the guy said he would replace 3 items total. He never gave her an expiration date. I went in today and he went back on his word. A man's word is his bond and my daughter had the recipe with his name. After this review I'm contacting the corporate office. That's no way to run a business.

I have gone to other popeyes and the atmosphere along with the cleaningness was not great at all! First time coming to the Popeyes in Springs, the manager manager was very cordial and help me choose a better price for my meal which it was a 30 piece family package. The employees seems to all work together as team members how long it was a great experience. I’m definitely coming back to this place

Picked up on-line order at the drive-thru & they literally handed me my order & DID NOT say one word! What ever happened to customer service? Wings were delicious, by the way.

Worst drive through experience I've ever had in my life. It was like they had never taken an order before. Most unprofessional, rude interaction I've ever had at a fast food place. I wanted a 6 piece wing combo, I eventually left with no food after 5 minutes trying to explain this

Place is dirty, workers are rude, if I come back it'll be to sue the place. I dont recommend eating here they pre make orders to save time but your food will be old.

It was a very painful experience not because of the food, which was very good, but because of the behavior of the employees, especially the cashier who was serving with her cell phone in her hand answering a call and was not interested in my order, and the other Sir, you couldn't come and help me.I don't know if it was an emergency or what, but I thought his attitude toward customers was rude.I made the purchase last weekend,, if they ask me if I will return to buy I tell them yes, but if there is other staff present.
