We are doing our taxes here since 2017, since we came the first time, we received a wonderful welcome, we got very good attention and nice service from Isanel Tamayo; she try us like a family and we feel thankful and blessed to be attended for these professional and nice people.

We have been driving to Des Plaines from Aurora to get our taxes done at income tax y mas for the last 5 years and we have always loved the service, the people there are always nice. However we were helped by Agustin Bolaños a couple of weeks ago and he was rude and had an attitude the whole time. He didn’t help us do our taxes like the people here usually do. On top of that, when we went to the front desk to pay, turns out that Agustin marked the paperwork to be more expensive than usual, claiming that was on a different bracket or whatever. We paid and we left. We will not be going back to this place. I am giving 3stars because the previous times we were there were great but if it was solely on this last visit I would give them 1 star.

They're overpriced, they make too many errors, and lack any accountability. You pay them (too much) to handle your case, but still have to stay on top of it because they don't. One time I asked for a copy of my case for records-keeping purposes (literally just a print out), and they said I would have to pay $10... for my own information, in addition to what I had already paid them. They can be exploitive knowing people need their services, but there are other much more competent professionals out there. This will be the last time I use their "professional" services.
