Discrimination !Branch Address : 1300 E Oakton ST, Des Plaines IL 60018Time and Date : 12.40 pm- 1.40 pmComplaint : I waited my turn in the Counter line, while I was waiting my turn some bankers came and invited some customers who were waiting behind me ! I kept waiting for my turn, finally it was my turn and I told the banker Madam that " I would like to change my phone number " she said that "She can't do that at the counter so I need to sit on the sofa and wait for the next available banker for change my phone number. Two of the bankers were free but they didn't call me, after that the Mr Banker invited another customer who came after me. The Mr Banker was free but he didn't invite me either. While I was sitting waiting on the sofa another gentleman entered the branch and said that he wanted to open an account. Madam Banker asked him " Do you have an appointment " and he said "NO" but Madam Banker showed him to get an online appointment and find him a banker quickly, but I was still Waiting !After a long wait Mr Banker invited me to his office. He said that he changed my phone number in the system. I checked my online account but it was still the OLD number. He said that "it takes around 30 DAYS to replace the new number in the system ! "I believe , The interior Security camera recorded everything that I told, I'm ready to going the court to prove my allegation !I felt a deep discrimination !No Discrimination in the USA !

Ridiculous that you can NEVER speak to anyone on the phone. You have to make an appointment to go there. People have to work! If my account is compromised, I should be able to CALL and SPEAK to someone.

I have never been able to get anything done there. I’ve tried to talk to someone there to conduct business with them, such as notary services, make account changes, loans and other services and never can get through to anyone. They are extremely hard to do business with. My business can’t handle this kind of service anymore. I need a bank that make it easy to do business with.

I wish I can give them no stars they are causing me to close my personal and business account. I walked after taking time off from my work to update or correct tax information about my business account they told me I have to make an appointment sometime next week I said if I do I will have to close my accounts because I can't take time off to do such thing that doesn't take more 5 minutes to do. Their answer is no you can close your accounts if you wish. And believe me I will.

Went in to ask for a checkbook and the teller said I could do that online. I asked to add an authorized user she said I needed an appointment and to call before coming in next time. I didn't want to be here any longer than I already was, I left and deposited money at another site. I should've checked the reviews and star rating before coming in.

I’ve been to many BOFA branches and this one by far has the best workers! Margaret Pochmara in particular is very understanding, skilled, fast & kind to her clients!!! She explained to me and my mom how Erica works in the app perfectly. She was also very quick to help us and didn’t keep us waiting long unlike other banks I’ve been to. I would highly recommend her!
