“I dropped my phone (s23 ultra) and messed up the digital display (despite no cracked screen). I brought my phone in to the shop and within 5 minutes they were able to diagnose that it was a digital display issue. I left my phone with the team to repair and within 1.5-2 hours they had my phone back up and running as if there were no issues. Highly recommend the shop and their great team.”

“My Series 2 Apple watch ended up with a cracked screen. I was told it would take a couple of days to get parts. I dropped it off on Monday and picked it up good as new on Friday for the $160 quoted. Had the cost been more, I would have just bought a new one. I was warned to keep it out of water as these repairs open the factory seal, which is fine. I would not hesitate to have them repair other items as needed.”

“I went to Verizon because I hadn’t gotten any emails in 2 days! I tried for 2 days to figure it out but couldn’t. I was pretty upset about this when I walked in! This really nice guy asked how he could help and when I told him about not getting emails he said he had someone else with the same problem the other day. So he started trying all different things and even asked a co-worker to help. She was working on my phone and he was working on my iPad. After awhile he made some calls and even went on YouTube to try to figure out the problem! He kept apologizing and I told him it wasn’t his fault. After about 2 hours, whatever he did next worked! Over 3000 emails started downloading! He was determined to figure it out and he did! He was so kind and understanding!
