This place was beyond helpful and professional. PLUS I called only 2 days after a tornado ripped the roof off 1/2 of their warehouse building and they were working with spotty internet. They were still able to deliver what we needed and when we needed it. I would highly recommend!

I am very happy with the service and support I received. I received my new scooter sooner than originally promised. Scott made sure the bracket that needed to be placed on the scooter was properly installed and helped make sure it would go into my car using my Scooter lift. He was very patient with me and my need to make sure my choice of scooter would work for me. I really enjoyed his positive attitude!

MedServ is a great company that understands when you call them, you need help. This team is great - same day delivery, amazing rates and high quality on all the equipment.The face of the company is a man named Danny. He does the delivery, set up, and pick up. He knows that you need help and he does what it takes to make sure you are ready by the time he leaves — working, comfortable, and ready to start using the equipment.

The team at MedServ is the best I have dealt with. They have equipment in stock, same day delivery and great quality items. If you have aging parents, or recently had surgery ... this is the team to call Ps. Their prices are great. Danny the delivery guy is fantastic and super helpful. He goes the extra mile to make it happen. They know if you are calling them, then you need help.

Having been a Choice Mobility customer, it was an easy transition to MedServ. Scott helped us find the perfect chair with the add-ons I wanted to help me with find the best fit for meeting my needs with multiple sclerosis. The chair was delivered within a couple of days. Excellent service and very nice people to work with.

Scott at MedServ did a wonderful job of working to find the best options of an electric wheelchair for my friend. He was cognizant of both the customer needs and budget while finding what was available and looking for the best fit. Plus, communication was key and has continued beyond basic delivery of the chair. This is a very caring company who has gone the extra mile in both superior product and excellent customer service.

Practicing Law for 52 years, I felt confident I could begin my search for a Reclining Lift Chair and a Mobility Scooter On-Line. I was overwhelmed: models, features, and price points. We went in a few weeks ago because my Dad was considering a travel scooter. Something to give him a bit more freedom. But also that he and my Mom could transfer in and out a vehicle on their own. Scott was super helpful! Really assessed our needs and steered my folks in the right direction. He's doing great "Zooming" around and is very happy with his purchase.
