The first couple of times that I went, the pedicures were fine. Not amazing. Just OK. The last time, they chattered with each other and were totally ignoring the customers. I explained twice what I needed and I was ignored. I won't go back.

Pedicure was amazing, manicure was done by a different very surly gentleman. I will not go back. He is very rough and impatient. I’ve had surgery on both hands and can’t turn my thumbs to his liking, he hurt me while working on my nails multiple times. He used to make idle chatter, mostly political in nature. Someone must have complained as he is now stone cold silent (not in a good way). I’ve asked the last two times for a different tech and always get him. I went to this place because I had to be in and out early before skipping town for a wedding. I chose this place as it was open the earliest in town. The guy had done my nails before and I knew I would have a good mani/pedi from him so I was not concerned about that. However, my concern comes in with the cleanliness of the place. In the past, they had taken tools of the sterile wrapping which made me not question going back this time. But this time, they did not. There was a ton of nail dust everywhere on the table and it just did not seem like the tools were clean as he just picked them up and put them back in the drawer when he was done with them. The lady next to me was getting her nails redone and they just clipped the old nails off and left them on the floor. No thank you. A guy walked in asking if they had any job openings and quite frankly they may not have nail tech openings, but they could have paid him to do a good cleaning of the place. I will likely not be back unless I'm desperate.

If I could give no stars, I would. Theresa not only had the worst attitude, when I asked for almond shaped nails she gave me stiletto shape. To top it off, my nail broke after only one week. Definitely don't recommend this place.

it was horrible. she did my eyebrows so bad and laughed a little when i looked at them. there uneven and extremely thin. she didn’t even try to do them nice she did them in under 5 minutes. i look like a fool and thank god i know how to do makeup or this would be even worse. do not recommend going here at all .

Pedi was horrible I told them how I didn’t like the paint job, they took off and put on 3 times. My feet have never been so dry and rough after a $60 basic pedi. Way too expensive for the service they provided. Then my nails where all out of shape different sizes and length one was even crooked and I told him and he didn’t do nothing about it. Was very u satisfied. This is the 2 time having a bad experience with this nail shop the first time the lady cut two of my fingers and quickly used super glue to stop the bleeding like i didn’t notice. Just horrible they refused to do my nails how I wanted. Terrible service will never return! If I could rate a 0 I would!!Services: Acrylic nails

Tech was young and terrible. Did not even try to get dry skin off my feet. This is not the way to get a tip. I generally tip very well. I stopped going to them a few years ago and thought I would give them a chance again. Bad move on my part. I don’t even want to give them 1 star. And the store was filthy.Service: Pedicure

I went a few times-- for dip and pedis and the last time for nail and polish removal. They do nails and pedis well but the removal? No way will I go back for anything. They used an electric nail file that they use to cut down artificial nails on my BARE nails and TOENAILS. yes, they used an electric nail file to remove the dip and gel polish instead of a long soak. I was so shocked, I could not speak. My cuticles were ruined and my nails hurt for days after.Services: Pedicures
