It's a-okay bank they have helped mom and I are all the years they just have a lot of fees and stuff that we don't like

Awful customer service! I have been a customer for over 20 years and suddenly started receiving monthly service charges. When I called to inquire about the issue, the representative argued with me for 10 minutes and then put me on hold for 15 while she went to find her manager. The issue remains unresolved!

They called And put me on hold . Ended hanging up . Called later that day and still have been on hold for 30 minutes & counting Very unprofessional.
