I headed to this location as it’s on my way to work. I was the only one in the store. Wren who was the sales rep on staff was absolutely to busy on her personal phone call to assist me. I stood for about 3/4 minutes waiting as I watched her pace and talk in the store phone. Laughing and giggling. Finally she kind of stopped and turned the phone down and just stared back at me. That when I asked my simple question if they had a game in stock. She never did hang the phone up. She never did make me feel like my business mattered. The game wasn’t in stock. I asked if I could order it. She said “I guess”, but it’s the same online. If I wanted to do everything online, I simply wouldn’t have gone to the store. I’m sorry Wren that I interrupted your personal phone call and couldn’t even get a thank you for coming in.

I asked if they could hold a ps4 overnight for me to purchase and the employee was happy to do so. I came in the next and the ps4cwas there waiting for me. They have a very polite and knowledgeable staff. Easy to talk to and very easy going. Definitely be returning!
