“We live in Dallas, Texas area and have kept our account with Staley Credit Union when we relocated here 10+ years ago after living in Decatur. Recently I had a major issue with a Virus on my Computer which resulted in Staley CU having to shut down my account.. Within one day all of their fraud issues were resolved and a new account was established. The entire team ( including Katlyn, Sherry and Kim) did an excellent job in helping us get the issue resolved, new account set up and our on line banking issues resolved. Customer Service and concern for us was outstanding. Would seriously recommend Staley's for your Financial needs. “I have not started an account with this bank as of yet but plan too.I had called 4 banks in total and asked several important questions. I called as opposed to having to drive to each and every one.2 of the 4 banks tellers/receptionist were rude and rushy. One was both and didn't know the answers to my questions or bother to ask someone else for them...I will definitely say Tanisha was extremely patient, answered my questions with accuracy and went above and beyond during our call. It was very close to closing time when I called yet she didn't rush me or make me feel that way at all. Very excellent customer service thus far and I am not even a customer yet..”
