Traded my one year old iPhone 13 Pro for an iPhone 15 Pro last September only because the customer service person working at this location didn't know how to transfer service from T-Mobile to AT&T. I was told this phone was eligible for a promotional trade for a "free" iPhone 15 Pro. I have seen a monthly charge for the iPhone 15 Pro now for the past four months on my AT&T bill. I have been calling this store and AT&T customer service for the past four weeks and this issue has not yet been resolved. The store has no record of my trade. My iPhone 13 Pro has been either misplaced or stolen by someone at this store. DO NOT do business with this store. The current customer service person named Ty refuses to give me a contact number for his supervisor. AT&T customer service is telling me I have to go to the AT&T store to resolve this and that they cannot help me with my situation. DO NOT fall for this trade-in gimmick, they will steal your cell phone and make you pay for the new one.

UPDATE: 6 WEEKS LATER I'M STILL NOT ABLE TO MAKE A CLAIM ON MY PHONE DUE TO THE EMPLOYEE CHANGING MY PLAN AND TAKING INSURANCE OFF MY PLAN. AT&T HAS INFORMED ME THAT HE JUST WANTED TO MAKE COMMISSION BY SELLING ME A NEW PHONE AND ADDING ANOTHER LINE TO MY BILL.If I could give zero stars I would.The individual that works at this location is a JOKE! I lost my phone in the lake. Went into the store for a new phone, he failed to tell me that I was paying for insurance on my phone, just wanted to add another line to my account for $15/month. Ended up giving me a SIM card for a phone I had at home. After getting some information in the mail a couple days later about my UPDATED phone plan that was not even authorized and was projected to be triple what my other phone was. I went BACK into the store to ask about my new phone plan and file a claim, since I was paying for insurance and had no idea. He informed me that he had removed my insurance from my phone plan when he upgraded my phone plan, which was done without permission might I add. I've called AT&T and spend HOURS on the phone to resolve this issue. I'm now at 2 weeks with no phone due to his laziness of admitting he messes up and fixing my issue for me the first time I stepped in this store. I will never step foot into this store again. I'm ready to switch my 25 years of AT&T service to Verizon over all of this.

I was GREATLY helped by Del Burkey today. He was able to help more than one person at a time totally efficient, kind, and went above and beyond. This experience was definitely something to write about way more pleasant than being on hold waiting for a customer service rep. He is a fine upstanding young man who is destined to go far and AT&T is blessed to have him working for them. His excellent service transfers to AT&T and speaks well of the company. I will definitely tell people to visit this store and if they need quality service Del and AT&T can be trusted to provide it!

Our experience at the mt zion store was amazing. The rep was very thorough and got u a great priceAlthough we went to the store in Forsyth. Never again. He was rude and very unprofessional. The sign said open till 5. It was 130pm and he said they are closing at 2. I asked so we can't come in he said NO. At the time we just had a question about our account but he didn't even give us the opportunity. He just said no you can't come in. We will NEVER go to that location again

Tremendous job by Justin to handle a complex situation. Even took time the next day to calm my nerves about the next few bills... I also witnessed his excellent customer service with other customers while dealing with me. If you ever need to get a phone or work with someone face-to-face on AT&T issues, this is the place and Justin is the guy!
