I'm a Walmart Shopper!! Great prices, great service and great people that work there. They are courteous, helpful and professional. The selection is great and their produce is second to none. It's the only place I get my produce. I highly recommend Walmart Supercenter, Darien, IL.

Waiting two days for a delivery order. Promised at least 3 different times and all were missed. Tried to phone the store a total of 6 times and none of the calls were answered. Their chat promised to help resolve and gave me a few times to expect delivery and NONE were fulfilled.

Moldy food..again! Just bought this today, and it had two mold spots..yuck! We had to bring it back for a refund,but what if my child cooked it (it's microwavable) and didn't see the mold?

This is a typical Walmart, but cleaner than a lot of Walmarts. The employees are more friendly here too. The quality of the produce is not as fresh as a high end grocery store, but surprisingly fresh compared to other Walmarts I've been to.

Total bad business model. They refuse to measure your pupil distance unless you order glasses from them so you can't order glasses online at a significant discount. Its poor customer service and a horrid selection of overpriced frames.They are all rude about it including the eye doctor himself. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Consistently bad service. I recently went there and had to purchase over $700 worth of stuff and they wouldn't even open a manned checkout so I had to scan the whole order myself. Then the woman there CANCELLED MY WHOLE TRANSACTION "by accident" while ringing in my alcohol. This made me have to ring up the whole order again myself. They leave the cigarette line unmanned for hours at a time as well.

Auto service not good had a air filter installed they left clams in hooked, had oil change waited over hour then it leaked they wanted me to wait an hour again poor quality

everything was more then aldi and when i went to checkout at 850 pm there was only self checkout. they dont pay me to be a cashier. they told me customer service could check me out but the line was so long i left the cart . hope the 100 dollars of groceries spoils.

I'm not that big fan of Walmart in general, but they carry certain items that other stores do not. This store has a decent selection. They have large areas for self checkout. Day of recent visit, no carts or basket available at the one entrance. The parking lot was full of carts.

I just had the most amazing time & it's all due to a young professional by the name of Coach Jenn!! I wanted to be sure the review went to the correct individual so I asked her just incase there's another Jenn in the store since she has such a common name. Not only did she assist me but, she went out of her way to do so, as I found her busy organizing & putting things away when I approached her. Coach Jenn not only helped me find what I was looking for but, she also gave me great recommendations as well! What a great associate & salesman who anticipated my needs & went above & beyond the call of duty wowing me at every turn! Oh & another outstanding lady that always works the door, I think she may be a greeter however, she is always very nice, encouraging, welcoming & sweet as homemade apple pie, her name is, Ms. Linda!! What an outstanding individual & always so positive such a wonderful addition to this store! She brings the sunshine in! This is what great service is all about!!

Me and my family went to this Walmart for months to get food and etc but the employee or the manger there is very complicated we were going to self check out but the self checkout and after we finshed we saw that the self checkout didn't accept cash and that was fine (let me remind you we had a bunch of stuff and there was NO cashier available and I mean none everyone we come here we always had to do self checkout even if we had a full shopping cart) so we told sombody that we didn't know they didn't accept cash and tbh overall a very complicated process which I felt it shouldn't really have to be :/ not the best Walmart experience at all

I generally avoid shopping at this walmart when possible. Unfortunately today I wasn't able to do that. I spend $250-$300 every grocery trip, that equals a very full cart. A year or so ago, they took out all of the self checkouts with the long conveyer belts and replaced them with the express self check outs. They usually have one( maybe two of your lucky) employee checkouts open. Today there were ZERO open. Plenty of employees standing around watching me do their job though. I would honestly not mind self checkout if they had the long conveyers again, but it's RIDICULOUS that I have to put my bags on the floor because I don't have room on the conveyer or in my cart. On top of it, they suddenly want to check my receipt when I leave? For what? My 30 bags that you won't go through ? What's the point??? To make sure I'm not stealing because Walmart won't pay employees to do their job? I don't think so.

The five star is only because the manager Deanna is a great manager and person someone that treats customers with respect!! For the rest of the incompetent personal and terrible return policy don't shop at Walmart

This is the absolute worst run business I've ever used. I ordered 3 pickup deliveries. My accounts would not open due to "technical difficulties." I couldn't cancel an order, nor could I log on with my cell phone. I couldn't even change my phone number to a cell number. Everything I attempted led to a dead end. Then I got locked out for trying to do too many things. I am so angry. Plus no one answers the phone in any of their departments. I tried them ALL. The phone just rang and rang. How in the world do they stay in business. All I wanted was to pick up my orders. Plus you have to use your cell phone to do that. But my cell phone would not accept my account information even though my account was open on my computer. They need a new manager and they need to either hire more/new people to do their jobs or they need to eliminate so many services because they aren't maintaining them. What a horrible experience. I will NEVER use them again!!!
