I walked in at noon and was told an hour and a half wait. Checked in, and came back and hour and 15 minutes later, around 1:15. At 3:00 I still had not been called. System had purged my entry, and 3 hours had been wasted. No one bothered to ask me, and if I had not said anything, I may have been there another two hours and not received assistance. Awful service. Go somewhere else if you want to have your time respected and valued.

I used to get my haircuts from salons, but it is not needed now with the multiple sport clip locations! There is an app to check in for your visit to gauge the approximate wait time. The MVP haircut experience is fantastic, you will pay 3x the amount for this at a salon! The stylists are personable and knowledgeable about cutting your hair in the preferred style. It helps to bring in a picture on your phone. If you are a little skeptical of getting your haircut at a "franchise" and "non-salon" type of establishment, I would recommend giving this place a try. You will be pleasantly surprised!

First time I was here, to be completely honest was a bit nervous as a woman. But Jesi made me feel so welcomed definitely has a passion for hair. I normally go to great clips and usually in and out within 15-20 min. So I was definitely not use to the pampering. Will definitely be coming back for Jesi!!!

Haircut took as long as the other woman went through 4 clients, and turned out very poor, we spent so much time there we just left. Now we have to go get his hair fixed tomorrow

I took my 12 yr. old son for the first time to Sport Clips. I greatly appreciated Rachel's upbeat and friendly personality. She took time to ensure every detail was cut well and the way we like it. We have felt rushed at other places, but not here. Thank you!

I’ve been to a lot of sport clips over the years; usually average haircuts. I even went to a barber for a while to try that. Recently over the last several months I came back to this SC in Darien. Every cut has been really good. All the stylist pay attention to details. They are very kind and listen well, very supportive and encouraging. Being so nice combined with being VERY good stylists results in an awesome experience.I had a cut today by Amanda that was incredible. She did point cutting and really made the style I wanted come to life. It was really a great experience versus average I get at most sport clips.Franchise owner: keep these stylists, give them a bonus once in a while. They are awesome and they are your lifeblood to keep me and hundreds of others returning again! May 2023.

I had a haircut just a few minutes ago at the Sport Clips Darien location and it was the best haircut I have ever gotten for a handful of reasons. First I'd like to say everyone here I've gotten a haircut from has been exemplary and exceptional, Hannah, Jesi, and Amanda. They're all very kind and pay precise attention to detail . What made today more special than usual was how Amanda took her time and I could tell she wanted to get things just right. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave that exact haircut, it turned out exactly how I wanted it to. I got a mid fade and she did a perfect job at it. The shampoo treatment was really nice too, the head massage was really soothing and I almost fell asleep! I prefer when massages are a little lighter and slower in touch and she did an excellent job! She finished with the back and shoulder massage and put some pomade in my hair and then I was good to go. She told me what shampoo she used, it was a really nice smelling minty tea tree one that I highly recommend , I got a bottle of it and paid and gave a nice tip and headed my way. Amanda is a valuable asset to the team and she truly cares about customers having perfect experiences. Next time I stop by I'll make sure to sit at her chair again!Service: Haircut

I recently attended this location and was initially pleased during the VERY brief look I was able to see with their handheld mirror. However, once I was able to get close enough to my own mirror I came to the realization as the state of how poorly they managed my simple fade/trim the top request. The line is incredibly uneven with a poor transition. I did not ask for a hard part which should be even easier for the stylist to manage. I am beyond words with how upsetting this outcome is especially with the holidays around the corner. I will never return to this location again period.
