I have been a customer since 2012. I have watched a lot of employees come and go but there are three employees that have been there since I started coming in, and two of them (Sai and Dawn)have been the hardest and always in uniform with name tags and friendly and know their customers real well. They know me and I feel they are the reason I keep coming back to this location. Lately I have seen a lot of new faces and they are not welcoming or friendly besides one lady her name tag was Jackie. Today 6-5-24 there was a lady that was new and she was not friendly and started things with the other employee and made customers wait and she called me up and was on the phone and making a scene and making threats to the other employee. As a person who has been in customer service for 37 years it was wrong uncalled for and out of line and should not talk to me about her co worker in a bad manner. I would like to see this location go back to the way it used to be a great location that was clean and friendly. I believe this is a reflection to who ever is managing this location, and maybe this location is too big for that person.

For some reason after 9 pm that Speedway location doesn't allow you to pay for fuel at the dispenser outside. You have to waste your time, go inside and pay the same card at the counter. That happened multiple times already with different credit card.

This has been my local gas station for 20 years. Ok gas price and the station has good on the go stuff. But the folks serving has lady has got a real attitude issue especially the lady by the name Daw...

The night shift is pretty rude when they can be bothered to come to the register. Like if you dont want customers to come in maybe close the store at night
