I waited 2 days to bring my son's samsung galaxy A phone to them so they could order the part from a different store. I dropped off the phone today at 1pm and got a call from them a 245pm that they weren't able to open the phone to replace the screen. The person mentioned having tried for 3 to 4 hours... while the phone had been with them for less than 2, the story doesn't add up.... I immediately picked up the phone and took it elsewhere, now i have to wait another 3 days since it's the weekend and that other place need to order the screen for the phone (the location refused to sell the part separately). The person at the other location where i dropped off the phone right away after that laughed at the "too much glue holding it to together and can't open it" comment. Thank you for wasting me several days, now my son will go over a week to have his phone back. Maybe i should have gotten the hint to not use their services when i showed up at 9am on Wednesday at the time they were supposed to open and had to leave after 15 minutes because no one showed up to open up the store.

Made an appointment for iPhone X back screen and iPhone 12 front replacement. Employee even put me on hold for a good couple mins to make sure they have iPhone X back screen available and in stock to which I was told they did, showed up to the appt and the manager lets me know they do not offer back screen replacements… Was confused if this was the right place where I called and was just told yeah it still shows up in our system as a service we offer, or something like that.

Today, on this day, I went to get 3 phones fixed and the woman who was there did not receive them anymore, she gave me excuses that they did not have according to the parts of my phones and instead she stole even the touch pen of my phone... lousy service and even a thief they have serving people

The owner is very friendly and honest I had a cell phone in the past he fixed and it worked great and this last time I thought I needed a serious cell phone repair to replace my phone usb power adapter and when he tested it he told me it was fine and that I just needed a more stronger 100 watt cable to make my GPS work efficiently so I went to best buy and found the right cord I really appreciate his sincere honesf help send me in the right direction I would highly recommend getting any cell phone or a lap top or desk top computer repaired by him he is just all around a very nice person. They broke my front facing camera and then tried to sell me a repair. All I went there for was a new screen, and the screen works but now the camera doesn't. If you go here, be weary. Also make sure you remove your SIM card before handing your phone over
