ever since it became new management, I’ve experienced nothing but horrible customer service hard to get a hold of anyone was charged double at times when billed
Aside from that, we’ve never got notice that units were going to go up. We were just blindsided with new bills.
And when I do speak with somebody, it’s always a different representative always new management never any consistency
We just decided to rent up the street
Where it’s climate controlled for the same rate

I was in a bind and needed a self storage service to help me with as I had sold my home and needed storage for my furniture.The staff at Space Management stayed open late to accommodate my schedule and gave me expert advice about my storage needs. They are the Super Bowl Champs of self storage!!

Brian was so great to work with. He did not have the unit size we were looking for but discounted a larger unit for us. We used the unit for a couple months in between moving houses. It was easy to get a hold of the owner if we had any questions or concerns. When we had a moving trailer come pick up our stuff, Brian gave us permission to have the trailer right next to the unit to avoid a long walk for loading. Couldn’t have asked for a better storage experience. Thanks Space Management!
