I worked with Jason on 8/13/24. It was wonderful quick and easy. I woke up early to go to Honda Northwest to purchase a brand new 2025 Honda Grom. I was pre approved and he pretty much almost had all the paperwork ready for me when I walked in. Was super efficient and easy. Definitely would not go anywhere but here for your Power Sports needs. Everyone in there was super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend checking them out! If I could rate more stars I would.

I bought 2024 Honda Shadow from Honda Northwest. Everything went smooth and staff was friendly and helpful. Did not try to oversell anything that was not needed. Also patiently answered all my questions.
There was some confusion on paper work with WI DoT and my registration was pending. I was skeptical at first, thinking this will take sometime. But kudos to lady I spoke at the dealership, she went out of the way, called the WI DoT, got it settled and had the courtesy to let me know me that everything is done. I really appreciate the help post sale. I would recommend anyone to consider this dealership for any powersports needs.

Im an easy customer. I knew what I wanted and I bought it, no hassle. When looking at the bike it was placed between 2 bikes really close, like super close, everything looked good so i went ahead with the deal. When i get home i see clearly the sad but successful attempt to hide that the bike was dropped. Scratches covered with black marker as an example. Sale was fast and easy but just make sure, no matter how clean the bike looks, to ask if it’s been dropped or look closely. I love the bike but looking back on the deal it kinda sits with me wrong how they covered it up.

Jason is the man! Quick and easy purchase at Honda in Crystal Lake..I just bought a brand new 2025 Honda Grom and I was there for maybe 20/25 minutes. Awesome people and highly recommend buying from this store! ......I will be back lol

Had a CBR that had some damage done and all through the way of getting it fixed they were honest and accurate on their quote. I am a auto mechanic and have some knowledge on bikes and the service manager knew his stuff. Out of all the Honda dealers in the area this place is the best!! Even had a dumb moment and called a few days later and they took time out of their day to answer my question! Would recommend!!
