Cracked samsung s23 ultra screen and I walked in and they were able to fix the front screen within 3 hours no problem and it looks like new. They do a excellent job. Quick and easy at a good price.

I took an iphone11 in with an unresponsive touch screen. I had looked at replacing it but that was $300+ for a refub. BP fixed it for less than half that! The service was quick too. I got the callback that it was finished within an hour.

took my phone in for cracked screen my phone was charging with cracked screen before i brought it in i pick up my phone screen is great but now phone will not charge and i get a attitude like its not there problem

Purchased 2 marine batteries for my boat. Both failed in less than a year. Wouldn't honor warranty at store. Had to use manufacture. Was a real hassle.

I went to the store for watch battery change on may 5th at 5.45pm.When i came in there’s no one in there, then after some seconds a guy with a face that he was sleeping in the back came.He was kind of rude, quiet, behaving as I was not welcome.I’m sorry but normally i have good experience in this store. This guy need to be trained.

This place took advantage of my wife. She went in to replace our sump pump battery bought in 2018 SLI31MDC which was purchased at the Batteries Plus location in Lake Zurich.May 2022 my wife went into the Crystal Lake Batteries Plus they sold her an old battery dated es 2020 they sold her the wrong battery SLI31MDP by the actual store owner/manger. She was actually sent to this store from the Lake Zurich location because they were sold out of the SLI31MDC model without being upfront with my wife they literally sold her what they thought was comparable so here I am a couple months later having to buy a new battery yes I went in to speak to them and happen to run into the owner/manager of this franchise he tested the battery said it was ok but problem is it’s the wrong battery our sump pump battery backup system is rejecting its use keeps tripping the alarm the owner/manger advice was to get the system checked just for peace of mind I did they recommended I change the battery i did call corporate they verified I was sold the wrong battery as I purchased from batteries plus before back in 2018 the owner of this location Crystal Lake said if I bought another battery that I would be a proud owner of 2 battery’s since he would not exchange the battery even though he personally sold my wife an old battery and the wrong one. I’m stuck with a battery that is not compatible for its intended use. RUN FROM THIS LOCATION as the owner/manager is not in favor of fixing the mistake he made when he personally sold the battery to my wife

My Android phone stopped connecting to Android Auto because the jack was worn out. I had them replace the jack and battery and I'm very happy with the result. The click of the cable into the jack is very solid and Android Auto works like a charm again! Great, fast service ( got my phone back the same day) and was saved from having to upgrade my phone.
