Have had a plan for 11 years and the past 4 years when visiting, have had to drop my dog off even with an appointment. Only speak to techs before and after visit. Never get to talk to the vet and discuss the exam. Staff is rude. I have cancelled and found another vet who actually talks to me when I visit. This place does not care about clients. As my dog ages, I want to know she's in good hands not uncaring people.

Banfield is top notch w me. They are not only professional, but loving. My baby has been a patient for 8 years and nothing has changed since... great vets; especially Dr Frailey, the staff is so warming and cheerful. Proud to be in the Banfield family.

The ppl are nice, and my dog came back from his check up fine. He wasn’t too freaked out, so seems they treated him well :)!

We just got our baby girl Mopsey(house dog) for over 10 years now. Banfield was the first place I took here for a checkup.My wife and I loved them so much.Mopsey is alwys happy when she leaves.ALL THE EMPLOYESS ARE AMAZING. There attention to detail is phenomenal

I took my dog to banfied for a tumor my dog had or leg they did a biopsy and didn't hear back from them for over 6 weeks so I called them and they kept saying the results weren't back yet then I called around Christmas time and by this time I'm so mad so they tell me hold on 10 min later they come back to the phone and tell me that they had the results but the Dr had to call me later with the results so the Dr finally calls and tells me it was cancer I was fit to be tied we were lucky we got it in time a d she is still alive

Left in room for over 15 minutes after dog was seen ,for no reason went to front and had to ask what I was waiting for,they forgot about me. Also no rabies tags available

We are with Banfield almost 8 years and this is so far the best place.Today we had an appointment with my Neo - 8 years old,imperial shih tzu.Neo is always super stressed and is shaking when we have vet appointments or grooming. Today when he came out after the shots and doctors check up was super calm and was not shaking.The doctor was super nice and patient with us.We arrived 5 min late ( usually if I’m running late I’m calling and letting them know in advance)Was nice even if we were late and I did not had a chance to answer the phone the day before to confirm the appointment.The new place is super clean and it’s definitely better that the old one.The only thing I don’t understand is why doctors are not checking the dogs in front of us as it was before.They used to do the regular checkups and vaccines in the same room with us.For me is important to see what is done and what and how he was checked out.This is my the only concern/question.Other then that I am super happy, satisfied with our plan at Banfield. I love the way they remind us how to better take care of our fur kids.The dental cleaning is an amazing thing to add in your pet’s plan.Since is a new open place I will go ahead and spam you with some pictures?

I have brought my dogs in here and it is a very nice place. The people are nice and very thorough. I have alot of respect for the Staff here as they are known to have some unruly clientel.
