This review is overdue. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a TV for my parents. The owners were fabulous from start to finish. The recommendation was perfect for my parents' needs. To top it off, they offered to deliver same day which was the day before Christmas Eve. The top-notch customer service did not end there. The delivery did not go as planned because the TV was too big for the area over the fireplace. Mark did not want to disappoint and went back to the store (after hours) to redesign the TV legs to fit the space. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The next day, our guests were able to enjoy the football games on our brand new TV. This was my first time purchasing from there, but it definitely will not be the last! Thank you so much for your superb customer service! Please do not hesitate to purchase from here...you will not get the same type of service from the big-box stores!

Mark is awesome. Needed a new TV and wanted to stick with local owned businesses. Mark spent plenty of time explaining the different brands and technologies so I could make a sound decision. Ended up with a 75” Sony and price was better than the Big Box boys. Mark has the expertise you could not get anywhere else in town. Mark even dropped my TV off the same day and was kind enough to open the box and pretty much mount the TV for me. Customer for life. Highly recommend! Trust me, go to Toton’s, they price match any of the competitors and you will walk out knowing you purchased the right TV at the right price.

Excellent service. Nice showroom. Mark, the owner, showed us TV's that were best for sports, or best for gaming, or best for movie watching. You decide. Their prices are the same as the big box stores. For a reasonable fee, they bring the TV the next day to your home and set everything up. Also, Toton's is the only service shop in town. The way they treat their customers and their excellent service is the reason that they have been in business for 50+ years. Thanks again Toton's for everything.

We purchased our LG TV at Toton’s this morning and we’re watching it right now! Where else can you buy a TV and have it delivered and set up the same day?!!! They have excellent customer service and they’ll match prices too! This is the second TV we’ve bought from them and couldn’t be happier with our choices! Special thank you to Mark for taking time to explain the new features of our TV as well!

Mark was great. I was convinced by Best Buy guy that I have no option but to replace my TV. I bought top of notch technology QLED 85" from Best Buy in 2018 and paid 3000$.I was very disappointed that till stop working it's 5th year, I talked to few people and they suggested to change the TV including Best Buy geek squad then LUCKILY I found Toton's through yelp and Mark was extremely professional and able to fix my TV including the visit within 300$.You can't beat that. From No onwards I am always buying my electronics and services from Toton!!!

Totons tv is what customer service should be like at every business. They have a great selection of tvs and they take the time to show you the features on tvs you are looking for. They explain the different specifications of the product and attempt to give you some education at the same time. They will recommend products you may be interested in but at no time was there any pressure put on you to buy. Their prices are about the same as a Sams Club or Costco. The big difference is they will deliver and install your product professionally. For our purchase, the tv was installed the next day. Mark takes his time to do the install correctly, sets up the tv, and shows you how to operate everything. Mark is very professional, friendly, and is very knowledgeable on installations and his products. We have brought several items fro Totons over the years and they continue to Provide their excellent customer service. I highly recommend Totons for their products and great customer service!

Toton's is the only shop that repairs TV's in the area. They also install Arial antennas. I've been dealing with them ever since the tube TV's were around. They're great bunch of people and have a good selection of TV's to choose from.

The place I turn to when I need a TV. They have steered me away from junk that doesn't last as seen with my friends and family purchases. Cheapest isn't always better.
