So I went into this location with a number of items last week. 2 Bluetooth mouses, 2 wireless iPhone chargers, a Roku, a never used but out of the box Hamilton food processor and then a few items they didn’t take. Well when I went to pick up the items, they didn’t go through with me what they were keeping and those items in a different bin that I couldn’t see behind the register I could see the food processor and I figured that was all they were keeping as they stated my bag was inside the bin I brought in with ALL of the items inside it (the bag had all the electronics in it). So they said we can offer you $15 and some change for what we will keep again never stated what they were keeping or not and just said ok because on what she was showing me it said Hamilton Beach, etc. so over the weekend I go and grab the bin and and bag out of my car and open them and see they actually kept practically every single item I brought them besides the chromecast, an old headset, some iPhone max pro 11 cases and rocket book with a bunch of pilot frixion erasable pens. Like EVERYTHING and ONLY GAVE ME $15. I am almost positive I was robbed by these people. Do not do business with them. They are shady AF!

I’ve frequented the Crest Hill store on many occasions, to both sell and shop. I was actually very impressed with the quality of items and how well the store is organized and arranged. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful, offering any assistance and helping me load and unload my car when needed. I understand how the buying process works and have always been satisfied with the $$ received on my items. It’s easy and quick cash so it beats just giving it away or going through the agony of a garage sale. I appreciate that they truly take the time and effort to diligently look up every item to make sure they are offering you a fair price while keeping the item at a cost where they can still turn around and sell it at a large discount back to the public. The owners Dave & Tina take great pride in their stores and it shows with their commitment to providing the best customer service and quality of items. I will definitely continue shopping and selling to New Uses!

I really like both stores. I have gone to Crest hill for years and now the Aurora store and think they have really nice items. You can find anything from electronics, dishes, pictures, furniture, nick nacs and things you were not quite sure you were looking for. They have very good quality pieces and sell for 50% less than retail and in very good condition. it is a good buy. I have sold things there as well. You get less, so they can sell for less to customers. Reading some reviews about how much you get when you sell, you cant expect to get full value, when it is used, they give what is fair so they can pass that discount along to their customers. It is better than giving it away, or having a garage sale, where people nickel and dime you anyway, and it may be exactly what another customer is looking for. They also make sure things are in good shape, to keep their quality high. The people i have encountered there have always been very helpful and friendly. They will help you load your car and open doors for you, and even help you unload if you cant manage when you get there. I have bought brand new pieces there from Ashley as well - very good quality, as it is new furniture for a great price. The stores are very clean and organized too. I will continue to shop there and sell there, not to make alot of money, but i would rather have it go somewhere, where i know someone will enjoy it. Keep up the great work. Great stores and employees.

I recently visited the store for the first and last time. I was a bit shocked at the lack of customer service.The staff was not very friendly or helpful and one was quite aggressive in his tone and actions with one of the customers. They are definitely ripping people off with offering a few dollars for your items then selling for way over what its worth!Honest opinionThis place is a bit of a dump..?Dont waste your time!!!

do not sell here! perfectly fine glass dining table 4 perfect chairs and was told because of its “condition” they gave me under $20 that’s a joke lol. And the guy putting it together ignored me when I told him where the pieces go ??? I wanted to get rid of it quick but will not go to them again, lesson learned.

Been going to Aurora location for years. We moved closer to Cresthill location, so went and checked it out. I thought Aurora location was overpriced and had been saying it for years but this location is the same. It got worse during pandemic like most places. Especially their used furniture. I know they sell new from Ashley but I'm talking about the used furniture. Way overpriced.

Nicely maintained and displayed items, but the prices on furniture prices have increased considerably since my last visit. Won't be returning anytime soon.

My experience shopping here is fine. You find reasonable prices for items that are sold here. However, I can agree with other customers who's reviews mention when selling an item or multiple, you recieve next to nothing for them. :( yikes! I felt ripped off, seriously! In response to some of these types of reviews made by customers on here sharing a similar experience. The owners response is not very professional. His response being they have bills. We as people do as well. We are selling items to you, doing business. As a person who has been in customer service over ten years, it displeased me to see the responses from the owner being so unprofessional. They will receive business as usual. But personally, I am disappointed. And of course. I can almost expect this review to receive a response like the others have.
