Had an appointment there today, a man with no appointment was in front of me and they took him over me even though I was the one with the appointment. Josefina and the front desk woman claimed their location is not able to do tax amendments. Only reason they lied to me about that is because it was gonna be more work to do and they already took some guy that didn’t have an appointment. I’m sorry but if I have an appointment then yes you need to prioritize what I need done over a walk in. They didn’t feel like doing what I needed done so it was easier to send me to Lockport. I love that they assume everyone can just drive around everywhere instead of doing your job right there at the office with the appointment I made. I can’t just up and decide I don’t feel like doing my job. Josefina shouldn’t get to decide when she feels like doing her job. Terrible office. STAY AWAY AND IF YOU DO DECIDE TO FILE HERE GO TO THE LOCKPORT OFFICE OR FILE THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE!!!

My tax professional was proactive and honest about a mistake on my taxes. I understand mistakes can happen and nice to know they got my back and will take care of me in a timely and honest manner. (My taxes were rather complicated this year) .
