There are some extremely rude/unhelpful people working in this pharmacy. Be prepared to deal with major attitude. It's sad because it completely overshadows the people that work here who are actually nice and willing to do their job.

The pharmacist at the Countryside Jewel Osco is top notch. He is friendly and helpful and always upbeat. We have had all our vaccinations at this location and have been very pleased with the service. Their prescription services are great as well. They go three extra mile to contact your dr if there is a delay in your meds. Highly recommend!

Overall the store is clean and some of the employees are nice to customers except one man named George H, very rude to customers and judging of everyone that walks by him. If I see him in the store I'll pass by to another Jewel.

I reviewed the Jewel Osco in Westmont so I decided to follow up with a review of the one in Countryside. Since my terrible deli experience in Westmont, I still needed to shop for groceries and chicken. I'm writing to thank the man in the deli for his excellent service, no drama getting chicken, and the smile on his face. It is what I have come to expect grocery shopping. No rude treatment and pretty much uneventful. I felt this follow up was necessary, because corporations need to know we customers do notice when your employees are courteous instead of treating us like crap (see previous review).

Hot garbage. Spent several minutes going in circles with me about if I’m immune compromised enough for a booster. Why do I need to document my entire medical history to a random pharmacist if my doctor says to get the booster?

Something has happened to the deli area of the store. It use to be clean and service was good now not so much. They need more help and support in that area of the store.

I've been going to this Jewel for 5 years. Everything is fine except for the flower department. The lady who works there is extremely rude and always acts like customers are an inconvenience to her because she has so many other tasks to complete. Last time I went there I wanted to order some flowers for a party and she actually yelled at me in reply to my questions. My husband had a similar experience when he tried to get a bouquet. I did complain to the manager of the store who apologized and said he will talk to her. I hope things will change because of that.

Jewel - Osco is not a place that I frequent as an adult BUT I often went their as a child with my Mother. My mother loved jewels and I get why. I was actually on my way to Whole Foods to get a birthday cake for myself and saw Jewels and thought, hey why not just get it from Jewels. Growing up I always got my cakes from Jewels, always. So it was a bit Nostalgic to go there and get my cake. I went inside to look for the bakery and for a second I couldn't find it. I finally saw the bakery hidden in a corner in the back of the store. I'm use to bigger bakeries and bigger freezers, the one at this jewel was tiny in comparison to what I'm use to. I saw a lot of nice cakes but noticed how Expensive they were. The ones I liked were all around $26.99, that's pretty pricey for a pick up and go cake. I tend to get my cakes custom for my birthday from Sams and I don't think I've ever paid that much. I ended up seeing a cake with the sprinkles on the side, which is what I grew up on so I usually want it every year for my bday and was happy they had it. The cake I found was under $17. I purchased my cake and some coconut water. I did self check and I was in and out pretty quick. Can't speak much on the customer service here because the only person I encountered that worked their was at the self checkout and we didn't really interact. p.s *How was the cake you ask?* I enjoyed the outside of the cake, the frosting and the sprinkles but the inside; the actual cake part was just ok.

The store nice it is clean and everything is quite organized on each department. Their produce is all fresh as well as their meats. They got pretty much everything that you wanted on your groceries and the prices are fair and reasonable a bit cheaper and I even saw a few items that are on sale. I only have a few items in my cart because I just stopped by to buy something since, I do not really live around the area. I only have a few things on my cart but the checkout line is long and it is moving slowly. I waited for a long while until my turn. I was a bit frustrated but the good thing is that the staff in the checkout is nice and friendly. The stores products are great but they are a bit lacking on their service but seriously I would probably choose to go here for my groceries if I live around here for the store's good quality products and definitely the prices.

I ordered drive up. I explicitly stated that I wanted no substitutions if they were out of stock. They gave me spring water instead of distilled water that I can't use in my bottle sterilizer, milk that I can't drink, and chocolate frosting instead of vanilla. Despite this being their mistake, they refuse to give me a refund unless I bring it to the store, which is rich considering this is their mistake and I shouldn't have to drag an infant into a snowstorm for their mistake. I'm not even sure how I'm supposed to carry bags of groceries and a baby into the store anyway. It's clear they just want to scam money out of people. Go elsewhere for your groceries.

Extremely slow, there's always a 30 waiting time to pick up a prescription. Avoid this pharmacy if you value your time
