I can’t say enough good things about Curtis and his staff. Not having any jewelry knowledge, I was apprehensive about shopping for an anniversary gift; however, from the moment I walked in the door, I was blown away by how friendly and accommodating they were. Curtis' passion for his work was evident, and the quality of his work is exceptional. My wife couldn’t be happier with the anniversary ring and pendant necklace Curtis created for her.

Love this place. I’ve acquired a few gorgeous sets of earrings and a ring I adore from Curtis. Also had some of my favorite jewelry fixed! Great customer service and beautiful pieces, I’ll always be coming back.

My new Timex watch had one of the bands that pinched the skin when wearing it. I called Curtis Jewelers to see about a replacement band. I wasn’t sure if a “real” jewelry store even messed with a smaller task, but they told me to bring it in. They took the time to measure my watch to make sure the band would be correct. The selection in their catalog rivaled online shopping, and was far less confusing. In a few days I had an athletic style band for my watch and could not be happier. Don’t take your watch to some kiosk in the mall. Curtis is friendly and helpful!

Took my fiance's 18k wedding set to get soldered. Dropped it off on a Thursday and was told it'd be done Tuesday. No call on Tuesday, she tried calling twice on Wednesday and no answer. She finally reached them on Thursday and was told it'd be done Friday. No call all day Friday, so I told her just to drop by and see if it was done. She gets there and he hands her the ring back still unsoldered even though that was the main reason it was there! She told him that and he took it walked to the back and threw 2 c*** lazer solders on it and didn't even bother lining the bands up and he flipped the bands backwards. Didn't even bother cleaning up the solder to make it look even half decent! Thanks to his c*** soldering her ring didn't even fit anymore! I took it to 3 big name jewelry stores and they absolutely laughed and couldn't believe this was a jeweler that did that! Thankfully the people at ***** was great at listening and walking through all the problems found and are gonna try to fix all the stuff he messed up and get it back to perfect! Extremely disappointed in Curtis Jewelry and will never recommend him to anyone ever again and definitely won't be taking no jewelry back there! I have 12 photos showing how terrible his work is! Crazy this is the kinda work he wants people showing around about his business

On my way home yesterday from Sparta Illinois. The gentleman in this jewelry store generously fixed my watch and wouldn’t accept payment. As he was fixing it, I looked around at some of the beautiful, what looked to be handmade jewelry, and the diamonds were absolutely gorgeous. So thank you very much.

The diamond in my 25 year old engagement ring chipped and the chip was too deep to be repaired. Curt picked out a beautiful replacement diamond and put it in a more secure setting in my original engagement ring. It is absolutely stunning and we are very happy!
