The delivery of my cabinets was a disaster. Was scheduled for morning delivery. Came mid-afternoon. The delivery had only one person and they expected me to help unload. My contractor would have would have helped but he was only here in the morning when the delivery was expected. My contractor said he would never work on another project with ProSource.

Love the tile selection and ashley and Tonya were super helpful in making my kitchen design just what I wanted. Took off 2 stars because my floor grout was never installed properly. The color (black) I had picked out was added after the 4th time regrouting floor and now after 5 times the grout is still cracked and missing in places. Frustrating.

Learned of this place from our contractor. ProSource is a wholesaler so a pro is necessary in order to access. ProSource has materials for any type of home remodeling project. We had a personal assistant who was very knowledgeable off all the bath products we were focused on, and made the shopping experience easy.

We are so far behind due to the measurements, orders, and lack of communication from Pro Source, I would absolutely not recommend or use again!! This is not the first time, but the worst and definitely the last! My fault!!
