If you think 6:00pm is too early for a gas station to close especially when it’s the only one in town. Well I have been there a few times around 4:00pm only to find the doors locked and an employee holding up a sign saying, help wanted. I thought that the store was being robbed until my sister convinced me that the sign meant that the store closed early because they need more paid help.Ok, I can understand why the store part would close when there’s not enough workers, but they could’ve at least kept the gas pumps open with pre-pay credit/debit cards. What I don’t understand is why the employee still inside the gas station if everything is shutdown. I guess it’s to hold up a sign. Gee, you would think that they could at least pass out job applications while holding up a sign.

I went into this gas station a little after 8pm June 9. I have a card I was trying to pay for gas with. It usually gives me trouble the 1st couple of swipes but then will take with just a little persistence. The lady working the counter was counting money from the safe so I didn't want to be pushy although I was in a hurry. There was now a few people in line behind me & I could tell she was already frustrated with something else. I tried explaining the card I was using can give me trouble but eventually will take. I handed her the card to see if she would be able to help. She in a rude manor started jamming my card into the chip reader and after 1 try got mad & told me there was nothing she could do in a snippy attitude. Never once was she sympathetic or even tried to be understanding. So I left & drove down the road to Casey's where I explained to their employee working the counter about how my card can be a pain but it will eventually work. He was able to get my card to work & he was extremely professional. Anytime I go to this particularly gas station, I either get extremely great service or extremely bad service. This experience was clearly bad. It's easy to see with they have such a low rating from the reviews.

Not open 24hr, not even the pumps were open. Usually a station will leave one pump on. Update your hours!

This place is absolutely not open 24 hours, they close way too early every single day. Seriously, fix your hours or make sure your employees actually work.

Closed 2/11/2022 @6pm. Definitely not 24hours. Can't pay with credit card at pump after hours either. Owner should look into why this station is consistently closed during posted hours.

Never open when you need it. They are always closed at 9:30 with nowhere else to get gas for miles after work. When open they seem understaffed.

This is the only gas station in town. It's very upsetting when I see employees closed up before the time they close, which Is at 10pm. Not 9:30pm. Some people rely on that last 30 minutes your open. You already cut your store hours in half. Do better for your community. Disappointing

The food tastes like it came out of a garbage can, pretty cheap though, I respect that, other than that the people were nice. For a gas station, the gas was really underperforming, only made it a few miles, but I put diesel in it by accident so I guess it's not their fault
