I bought a Volkswagen Jetta the end of February that was idling rough. They claimed if I brought it they would fix it. It continued to have problems, so I brought it back in a month ago with a transmission issue, and also a bad timing chain. They kept my car for a month giving me the run around about how they had someone fixing it, but didn't do the work at the dealership. They quoted me a price to fix it then it doubled, and told me if I fixed it sooner I would have gotten that price. I had the car towed back to my house now I'm paying a car payment not being able to drive it until it's fixed. They told me that they sell cars as is, since they're used. Buyer beware they're known for selling bad cars, and had several on their lot with major problems. I was spectical about going there, but a personal friend of my boyfriend had a friend that he knew for years recommend them. They have poor customer service, and aren't very forthcoming.

Highly recommend!!!! My air has been out for a half of the summer last year, jason got me in the same day I called to make an appointment. I was able to drop it off and he even brought it back to me. Great customer service, very personable too. I didn’t feel like just another person coming in. He even took time to clean the outside of my car! I’ll definitely be going back for regular repairs or maintenance.

I purchased a 2007 cobalt back in 1998 and had a gas leak issue, it took three times to finally fix it but I just found out from another quality mechanic they used a flared end connection on the fuel pump with threaded nit connection on the fuel line … so I’ve been leaking gas and wasting gas every time I drive this thing not to mention the crimp in the fuel line, it’s going to cost me about 700 dollars to get it fixed the right way.The salesman just wanted to sell a car I think he never mentioned the broken springs on the back end or other problems with the car…I would never buy another car rom these guys unless I absolutely had to have a car.
