“Great customer service---I would characterize it as unusual in today's world. Went in to get a watch battery replaced. it was a backup watch that I don't wear very oftern, so didn't remember that I had a lifetime warranty on that watch battery. The gentleman that helped me told me that I had a lifetime warranty---unusual honesty and fairness in today's business world. Great job! That's why I continue to there for all my battery related needs.”
