I chose this “Get Well” arrangement for a friend because it included a butterfly figure, which has special meaning for us. I asked if the butterfly could be a monarch. The staff member looked through their butterfly stock & said she didn’t see one but would continue to search. When the arrangement was delivered, not only was it beautiful, but it had TWO monarchs. That is great customer service! I chose Yera’s because it is in my neighborhood, and I’ll use them again for sure.

I do support small family business and this was our first time at this florist. We were treated with rudeness and disrespect. We arrived at 5p one hour before they close which is at 6p according to google maps, when we got in, the lady instead of simply saying hello, she was like "what?" We said "we are looking for colorful flowers," the lady responded "we are closed! Look around quickly." We felt embarrassed. We quickly picked out 5 sunflowers and we were ready to pay with credit card, the lady was like "no credit card for you only cash." We only had $10 so she took out 3 flowers and gave us 2 for $10 and wrapped it so horribly. She made us feel uneasy. Maybe she was going through something hard in her life but she didn't need to treat us with such forceful attitude. We are never coming back.

The flowers I chose were very beautiful! I received a call on the delivery date and they were very patient and kind. The recipient received the flowers without any issues. I will definitely be purchasing from this florist again.

Flowers were even more beautiful than photo sample. Daughter surprised and especially appreciated the blue, white, lavender/purple combination...light and inspiring. Delivery same day, no problems. ?????
