Great place to workout and stay focused. Not too crowded ( depending on the location/ time). Clean, well organized and I so appreciate my trainer Stephen! ??

I been coming to this location for years! Lyzerax hill Is probably the most helpful employee y’all have, always very friendly n down to earth, u need more people like him.

Smell bad, dirt lockers , kids practicing boxing in the floor weights in the floor some is not the employee's fault is the members don't have manners
