Xfinity has fast service, but more outages than they should. Also, the prices are not transparent and got raised without warning, making them even more expensive than they already were, and borderline unaffordable.

First thing, this is not to this store specifically, but about Xfinity has a corporation. I would have given a 0 star if I could, but here is the story.
My contract with a promotion was ending soon, so I called into Xfinity to notify them that I would not like to renew and to cancel my policy at the end of the contract so that I don't get charged the new premium. The agent at the time decided to cancel it day of which I found out AFTER she already cancelled the policy. When I asked to fix the issue and change the cancellation date, she said she would have to reinstate my policy at the new premium (which was almost double what I was normally paying). I said that is not what I want and asked to speak with a manager. She said I couldn't and hung up on me. Reached out to another Xfinity agent and they said they couldn't do anything to resolve the situation. So fine whatever, I just left Xfinity.
Low and behold, that is not the end of the story. Got a bill from Xfinity for an "Early Termination Fee" a month later. Therefore, not only did they screw me over on cancelling my internet on the wrong date + in the middle of the work day and not do anything to properly resolve the issue, they charged me a fee for their mistake on top of it!
Forget recommending Xfinity, I am going to pro-actively recommend people AVOID Xfinity at all cost. For a large corporation to screw their customer over, not properly resolving the mistake they made on their end, they also want to scam me on top of all of that.

Poor customer service - Got an email that said I could drop a product off in store and then was told in store it cannot be returned in store and needs to be done online.

was ready to off myself after hours and hours (and hours and hours) spent with Xfinity’s phone/chat customer service with no resolution. had to wait a little even with an appointment time but Henry was so so so so so so helpful, so quickly. If you are having problems with your service, go to a store and do NOT waste your time calling or chatting!!! I am so grateful for him and this 180° experience with Xfinity!

Long waits (just came to pick up a router and had to wait forever), half the staff just stands around doing nothing, none of the signs or music are in English. Only come here if you absolutely have to.

They have appointment systems but it is of no use. They kept their customers waiting for indefinite amount of time. Poor customer service.

Me and my mom try to make phone calls but at random intervals, we're unable to make them. We can only make calls through Wi-Fi calling. Won't recommend this provider for good phone service.

Quite possibly the biggest scam company in this entire country. Anyone who works for Xfinity ought to be ashamed of themselves for promoting such fraudulent and predatory sales tactics. Don’t bother trying to connect with a live agent by chat or by phone - their entire residential CS dept is outsourced overseas and you will receive no useful information or help, and will just be wasting your time. Their CS agents do nothing but ask you off topic scripted questions (“good evening madam you have a nice voice, how is the weather there”), make false promises with regards to mitigating billing issues, and transfer you to a “more dedicated department” that is just as useless as the previous.
The employees inside this particular location are not much better. No one seems to be over age 25, no one seems to know what they’re doing half the time, and customer service skills are non existent. Not professional by any means. Don’t ask me why I’m canceling. It should be obvious especially when I bring in billing statements that show that I’ve been erroneously charged for 3 months for a $25/mo add-on package I explicitly requested outsourced Xfinity CS agents to REMOVE from my account on 3 separate occasions! As if a $10 credit off my final bill isn’t a pathetic enough offer that they gave me in store as I returned my internet router, just imagine my disdain when I received my final bill a few days later, sans $10 credit.
Switching to US Mobile and Zentro for phone and internet literally cut my monthly bill down more than 50%. CS with Zentro is unmatched, it is literally night and day.
Enroll with Xfinity only if you enjoy being shamelessly robbed from, sitting on the phone with outsourced CS agents for hours (all while getting no actual help), and then get spoken to like *you’re* the idiot at their store.
Xfinity is an actual scam. If you’re still not convinced, just look up why they were forced to stop promoting their “10G” network.

Xfinity took my monthly payment for internet services when I cancelled the day after signing up. Technician had still not gone to my house to set up the internet and I immediately returned the box same day as cancelling (which again was day after I signed up/under 24hrs). I have spoken to at least five representatives on the phone who just kept going in circles and asking same questions about service, but couldn’t explain why they took my first month’s service, so I finally just hung up on the last rep. They wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor either, they kept passing the phone to a new rep. Till this day I have not received a refund. It has been almost two weeks now.

Horrible Service at Xfinity !! Been a customer for 10yrs.. Moved to chicago, been on the phone and chat for Hours and cant get service turned up in my single family house !!!!
